ORDER
Alleging that the order of this Court dated 06.09.2018 passed in W.P. No.23158 of 2018 has not been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition came to be filed.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of the Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent bearing Na.Ka No.5056/2018/M3, dated 29.07.2019, to that effect.
3. The said submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
