ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7174 of 2020 dated 14.05.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., and 5.30 p.m from 01.06.2020 until further orders.
2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.7174 of 2020 on 14.05.2020, is complied with regularly by the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that purusuant to the order of this Court investigation has been transferred to the file of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Organized Crime Unit, CBCID, Salem.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7174 of 2020 on 14.05.2020 is relaxed in toto. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Organized Crime Unit, Salem every Monday 10.30 a.m. and also as and when required by them.
