O R D E R

This Court does not find any merits in this petition for the reason that this Court while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall deposit the title deed to the value of Rs.60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lakhs only). The said condition was subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No. 4007 of 2020 from Rs.60,00,000/- to 25,00,000/-. Now again the petitioner has approach this Court to modify the said condition.

2. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed. However, a further period of two weeks time is extended to deposit the title deed, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court of Madras, Indian Bank High Court Branch, Ac No.484026006 IFC No.IDIBOOOM157.
