ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Pappireddipatti to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.147 of 2021.

2. As of now, there is no Presiding Officer in Pappireddipatti. If I were to give a direction at present, it might not be possible for the learned Judicial Magistrate, who is already hard-pressed for the time, to dispose of the cases.

3. However, I suggested to Mr.S.Vasudevan, appearing for the petitioner, that he may renew the petition once a Judicial Officer is appointed to that post. Mr.S.Vasudevan also accepted to the same. Page No 2 of 4

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty given to the petitioner to renew the petition once the Judicial Officer is appointed.
