ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., Rithika, aged 15 years, sought production of his daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. The detenue has been produced by second respondent. She informs of having left the parental home on her own volition and had gone to her grandmother's home since she was scolded by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

her parents over her poor marks. She informs her intent to go with her father/petitioner. Petitioner affirms the same.

4. Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus petition shall stand closed.
