ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in 8 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.16236 of 2024, dated 11.07.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am., for a period of four months, until getting compensation amount and subsequently modified on 03.10.2024 as "directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police monthly once until further orders, if they complied with the conditions mentioned in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 11.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16236 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.16236 of 2024, dated 11.07.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am., for a period of four months, until getting compensation amount and subsequently modified on 03.10.2024 as "directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police monthly once until further orders, if they complied with the conditions mentioned in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 11.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16236 of 2024 is relaxed.
