Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relevant to the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2459/A3/2017 dated 03.10.2017 and quash the same and thereby direct the third respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Headmaster in the sixth respondent School, based on the proposal submitted by the sixth respondent dated 27.05.2017 with all consequential service and monetary benefits, now the third respondent office divided and transfer the file to the fourth respondent office.
