ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to initiate appropriate proceedings for revenue recovery with regard to the certificate dated 08.06.2023 - D/564/2023 issued by the 2nd respondent as against the 3rd respondent within a stipulated period.

2. Since the petitioner has sought a very limited prayer to seek a direction to the 1st respondent to initiate appropriate proceedings under Revenue recovery Act, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to initiate action under the Revenue Recovery Act as against the third respondent based on the certificate dated 08.06.2023 - D/564/2023 issued by the 2nd respondent for recovery of the amount, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
