The petitioner had approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent and their men from providing electricity service connection in the name of respondents 3 and 4 to the property comprised in S.F.No.94/6E at Thottiam Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Villupuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would contend that though the property was actually purchased by the petitioner on 05.10.2017, the third and fourth respondents claim to have purchased the said property subsequently and there is also a dispute regarding the identity of the property.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the disputes involved in the instant case has to be decided only by competent Civil Court and hence, this writ petition stands dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
