Application No.4525 of 2019 in C.S.No.240 of 2017 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., The aforesaid application was disposed on 08.08.2019 and in paragraph 4 of the order dated 08.08.2019, this Court recorded as follows :- " In respect of document No.3 is concerned, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/plaintiff has submitted that this document may be permitted to be marked through the plaintiff's witness, for which, the learned counsel for the applicant/defendant has stated no objection."
2. However, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/plaintiff submits that they have no objections to mark the document no.3, provided, if the plaintiff's witness identifies the said document, but not to mark document no.3 through the plaintiff's witness. Hence, this matter is listed today for clarification.
3. In view of the said submissions, para No.4 of the order, dated 08.08.2019 is modified as follows:- ''4.
