This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2021 and pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2021 was considered by the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent passed an order bearing Na.Ka.No.1281-1/2021/A7 dated 09.03.2022 based on the representation of the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader handed over a copy of the said order to the petitioner and also produced a copy of the order before this Court. In view of the same, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.

3.For the above reasons, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
