It is reported by Mr.S.Babu, learned counsel for the applicant that in O.P.No.239 of 2023 an Arbitrator was appointed by this Court under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, hence, this application can be closed by granting liberty to the applicant to seek for a similar relief before the Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
