Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.18269/2014 dated 23.09.2014, the present contempt petition is laid.

When the matter is called, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.LL2/22920/2014 dated 23.12.2016 would submit that the order of this Court made in W.P.No.18269/2014 dated 23.09.2014 has been complied with.
