Crl.M.P.No.4827 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.345 of 2023 M.SUNDAR, J., and M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J.,] The petitioner, who is convicted by the trial Court for various offences including the offence under the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 in Special S.C.No.02 of 2019, initially filed this appeal without impleading the victim as one of the respondents and in the light of Section 15-A(5) of SC/ST Act, filed the present petition seeking impleadment of the victim as third respondent.

2. This implead petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to send private notice to the proposed third respondent. Learned Prosecutor is directed to inform the victim / third respondent about the pendency of the appeal.
