ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11599 of 2020 in paragraph 5(d) for the offences punishable under Sections 21(d) (h) of Tamil Nadu Forest Act Vth Act 1882, 9(1) and 51 of Wildlife Protection Act 1972, Sec.429 IPC and 9(B), 1(b) of Explosive Act 1884 and u/s 286 IPC 9(B) 1(b) Act 1884 r/w 5 of Explosive Substances Act 1908 in W.L.O.R.No.11/2020, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court in paragraph 5(d) in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.No.11599/2020 dated 12.08.2020 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
