CMP.Nos.8721, 8731 & 8723 of 2019 in S.A.No.794 of 2007 CMP.Nos.8721, 8731 & 8723 of 2019 in S.A.No.794 of 2007 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., CMP.No.8721 of 2019, has been filed to condone the delay of 2227 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement in the above S.A.No.794 of 2007, CMP.No.8723 of 2019 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the above second appeal and CMP.No.8731 of 2019 has been filed to bring on record the respondents herein/legal representatives of the deceased, as respondent Nos.2 to 9 in S.A.No.794 of 2007.
2.The factum of the death and the proposed parties as his legal representatives, are not in dispute.
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, in the interest of justice, all these petitions are allowed.
