ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., Page No.1 of 4

for the period of four months until the compensation amount disbursed to each of the family members of the deceased" imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18385 of 2024 by order dated 01.08.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18385 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024 is relaxed.
