COMMON PRAYER: These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, to refund the Rs.20,00,000/- payable to the petitioner towards refundable security deposit in the account of the petitioner's solar power plant HTSC Nos.07951700722 and 079514700723, respectively. Mr. D.R.Arun Kumar COMMON ORDER The present Writ Petitions have been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, to refund the Rs.20,00,000/- payable to the petitioner towards refundable security deposit in the account of the petitioner's solar power plant, HTSC Nos.07951700722 and 079514700723, respectively.
2. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has commissioned the solar power plant and that it is working. The liability of the 1st respondent to make payment is also not in dispute.
3. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to refund the eligible amount towards refundable security deposit to the petitioner in the respective writ petitions, together with appropriate interest as provided in the contract, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
