This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to conduct enquiry on petitioner's application dated 1/4

08.02.2021 and to issue legal heirship certificate of her husband late L.Lakashmanan within a period fixed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
