The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation, hence, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
