ORDER

The grounds raised in the present Review Application, with regard to the award of marks to the candidates in the selection process, was very much available to the petitioner when she had argued the main Writ Petition. If that be so, it would not be now open to the petitioner to raise these grounds in the present Review Application, since it is barred by the principles of constructive res judicata.

2.Since there is no error apparent on the face of the record, I am not inclined to entertain the Review Application. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
