Prayer :- Petition is filed under Section 11 of The Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for committing contempt of court for willful disobedience of orders of this Hon'ble court dated 03.08.2018 made in W.P.No.27523 of 2017.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Alleging that the order dated 03.08.2018 made in W.P.No.27523 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that insofar as the payment of pensionary benefits is concerned, order has been complied with, however, the representation made by the petitioner in tune with the order of the tribunal to consider the request for promotion is pending consideration.

3. We do not wish to express anything on merits and we are only inclined to direct the respondents/contemnors to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner which is said to be pending consideration and 2 / 3

pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This contempt petition stands closed accordingly with the above directions.
