The first petitioner was released on bail on condition to report before the Trial Court once in every three months, seeks modification of the condition.

2. Pursuant to the affidavit, this Court finds that since 01.03.2018 the first petitioner regularly complying the condition. The second petitioner died pending appeal.

3. Taking note of the fact that the first petitioner has enough proof and has been regularly complying the condition, the condition to report before the Trial Court once in three months is relaxed in toto.

4. The Registry is directed to list the Crl.A.No.259 of 2017 during the first week of June 2023 for final hearing.
