In the representation dated 04.01.2016, the petitioner made a request for sewerage connection. As the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the second respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent.
3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, a direction is issued to the respondent No.2, to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner, dated 04.01.2016, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
