ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner being the wife of detenu has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the body of her husband P.Chandrasekar, aged 29 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.
2.From the status report furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it appears that the detenu has married some other person thereafter and begotten two children. He has been moving from place to place and his whereabouts could not be traced.

3. The reason behind filing this Habeas Corpus Petition is to find out the address of the detenu as the petitioner has obtained an exparte decree for restitution of conjugal rights in H.M.O.P.No. 44 of 2017 dated 22.09.2017. Suffice it to state that we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case.
4. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, we direct the first respondent to proceed with the investigation atleast to the extent of finding out the address of the detenu so that the petitioner can workout her remedy in the manner known to law. As and when the correct address of the detenu is found, the petitioner will have to be informed accordingly.
