The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register an FIR, on the complaint dated 25.06.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on account of persistent dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party with regard to the land in question, the respondent-Police have registered a case in Crime No.205 of 2016, and has referred the matter to the Revenue Divisional Officer, under Section 145 Cr.P.C., where the proceedings are pending.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
