C.M.P.Nos.9155 & 9172 of 2019 are filed to condone the delay of 155 days in re-presenting the above appeals.

C.M.P.No.9160 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 170 days in paying deficit Court fee in the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 155 & 170 days are condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to 'Kaakkum Karangal'
