Learned counsel for both sides inform that the Arbitrator appointed is not willing to accept the assignment.

2.By consent of learned counsel for parties, Mr.C.Manishankar, learned counsel present in Court, is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. 3.The arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre.

4.Application is, accordingly, ordered.
