2. Dispute between the landlord and tenant. In this regard, civil suit is pending. In the said circumstances, petitioner seeks police protection to run the business.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, on the petition given by the petitioner, summons was issued, but the petitioner did not participated in the enquiry. Hence, petition was closed.

4. In the light of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
