Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to should not permit the applicant to pay a succession duty by way of Indian court fee Rs.5100.00 instead of RBI Challan grant for extension of the succession certificate as per order dated 22.03.2017 in Appin.No.1819 of 2017 in O.P.No.47 of 2013.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Seeking permission to pay a sum of Rs.5100/- towards succession duty by way of court fee instead of R.B.Challan in O.P.No.47 of 2013, the applicants/petitioners have

filed the present application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
