There is no representation for petitioner. Heard learned counsel for respondents.

2. Petitioner has challenged the order of learned District Judge II, Kanchipuram, passed in I.A.SR.No.5802 of 2013 in C.M.A.No.3 of 2012 on 26.02.2014, refusing to order stay of further proceedings in the appeal, informing that the case cited as pending before the Apex Court by the petitioner had nothing to do with the action before it. Aggrieved, the petitioner has filed the present revision.

3. Learned counsel for respondents brings to notice that the case cited by the petitioner as pending before the Apex Court now stands disposed of under orders dated 11.03.2016. The Apex Court, besides dismissing the challenge to an order of this Court, has also observed that the application for setting aside the ex parte decree as also the execution proceedings have been pending for quite some time and impressed the need for the Courts concerned to expedite and dispose of the proceedings at the earliest. In the light of the order of the Apex Court passed in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.6503 of 2014 dated 11.03.2016, the Civil Revision Petition shall

stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
