ORDER

The petitioner is the plaintiff in OS.No.135 of 2019 before the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee. 2.The revision petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the said suit, which has been pending for more than six years. The petitioner also states that he is 100% blind and the delay is causing irreparable loss and prejudice to the petitioner. It is also brought to my notice that pleadings are completed, and at the stage of trial, a memo was taken out by the 5th defendant regarding the change of name of the company pursuant to an amalgamation order. The plaintiff has taken appropriate steps to carry out necessary amendments in the plaint consequent to the said amalgamation order, which has been brought to the notice of the court by the 5th defendant by way of a memo. 3.

filed by the 5th defendant, the said application shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and thereafter, the trial shall be expedited and the suit shall be disposed of within a period of six months.
