COMMON ORDER When these review applications are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that certain facts are not brought forth before this Court. After passing preliminary order, copy of the final order dated 25.04.2008 was served on the writ petitioners/respondents herein and the same was also challenged before the appellate forum. The Appellate Tribunal rejected it by an order dated 27.08.2009. In fact, the writ petition itself has been filed in the year 2013 in W.P.No.30410 of 2013 without placing those facts on record. The respondents did not dispute the abovesaid factual position.
2. Considering the above, this Court is of the view that there is no question of complying with the direction issued by this Court in the writ petition, which was subsequently brought forth before this Court. The writ petition was not maintainable since at the relevant point of time itself the final order was passed, which was also confirmed by the Appellate Authority. In such view of the matter, the review petitions stand allowed. 27.02.2018 raa
