O R D E R
This Revision is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of EP. No.67 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents/ Judgment Debtors suffered a judgment in O.S.No.5919 of 2011 Which is filed for recovery of money and the same has become final. Thereby the petitioner has filed E.P. No.67 of 2018 for execution, by way of sale of immovable properties that are attached during the course of pendency of the suit. It is submitted that the judgment debtors have been dragging the matter and obstructing the sale by filing one petition or other. The petitioner has filed the copy of the adjudications of the Execution Court, which clearly shows that subsequently the EA has been disposed of and the Execution Petition has been posted for filing counter by the judgment debtors.

3. In the said circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the following direction:
The learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamalle is directed to dispose of the E. P. No.67 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible not later than one (1) year from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No cost.
