ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the husband alleging that his wife has cheated a sum of Rs.20,000/- and therefore, the money which stands in the account of his wife may be transferred to his account. 2.

Pursuant to his complaint registered as C.S.R.No.670 of 2022, the public prosecutor states that the complaint is under investigation and therefore, there cannot be a direction to transfer the money which stands in the account of the accused to the account of the petitioner herein.

This Court finds that the Writ Petition is not maintainable for the relief sought for. Till the completion of the investigation, the ownership of the money cannot be determined. On completion of the investigation, the appropriate Court can decide about disposal of the money as per law.
