(Order of the Court was made by M.M. SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue, Rajeswari, aged about 17 years.

2.The detenue is secured and today, the detenue and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner are present before this Court. The detenue has informed us that she has married the 3rd respondent. The petitioner has stated that he has no objection for her daughter/detenue to live with the 3rd respondent and he has further stated that it is for her to lead her own life and thus, he will not interfere with the same.
