This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in any manner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner's wife, enquiry has been conducted. After the enquiry, the complaint was closed by the respondent as civil in nature.

3. It is made clear that since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
