This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to implead the proposed respondents 2 and 3 viz, CALEB JOSHUA S/o. Joshua 3. KEZIA, W/o. Caleb, Joshua Apostalic Christian Assembly both are residing at No.26, Shanmugarayan street, Puravavakkam, Chennai 600 007 as Respondents 2 and 3 in the above Crl.

RC.No.1035 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has no serious objections to substitute the proposed respondents in the main petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.RC.No.1035 of 2023.
