ORDER
(Heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India on the ground that several adjournments have been granted by the learned IV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, in C.M.A. No.18 of 2020.

As seen from the proceedings of the Court below, an injunction order has been passed against the petitioner, who is the defendant in the suit O.S. No.7291 of 2019 on the file of the XI Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai. The petitioner is aggrieved only by the delay in disposal of C.M.A. No.18 of 2020. No prejudice will be caused to the respondent, if C.M.A. No.18 of 2020 pending on the file of IV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, is disposed of expeditiously, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Since, no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents/defendants is dispensed with. 4.
This Court, after hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, is of the considered view that a direction can be issued to the IV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of C.M.A. No.18 of 2020, within a period of two months from the date of complete relaxation of the COVID-19 lock down imposed by the Government. 2/4
In the aforesaid terms, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 10.06.2021 Index: Yes/ No Internet: Yes/No vsi2/nsd To The IV Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai.
