A.Nos.6590 of 2016, 6591 of 2016 and 6592 of 2016 in C.S.No.432 of 2011 N.Sathish Kumar, J., These applications are filed to set aside the abatement against the deceased 3rd defendant and also to bring on records of the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd defendant with delay of 1685 days.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he originally filed an application in time, but it was lost in the Registry. Therefore, he has to file this application with delay. Hence, he prayed for setting aside the abatement and also to bring the Legal Hiers of the deceased 3rd defendant on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing the for the defendants 2 to 7, has no objection and made an endorsement in the application and the counsel appearing for the 1st defendant also has no objection for allowing these applications.

4. In view of of the above submissions and also for giving a fair chance to bring the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent on record, these applications are allowed. Amendment shall be carried out and amended plaint copy shall be filed by 09.01.2017. 15.12.2016 pvs
