Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned proceedings of the Respondent passed in CST No.595945/2016-17 dated 31.01.2019 and quash the same in so far as it relates to the assessment of inter-state sales turnover for Rs.18,13,700/- made to M/s.Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited(HPCL) and re-do the assessment of the above turnover upon the C-form to be issued by the M/s.HPCL Limited.
