2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every morning at 10.30 a.m. like an office goer for three months.
4. Onerous condition should not be imposed. Reasonable condition can be imposed. Condition which is unreasonable, should not be imposed.
5. Now, he has already complied with the condition for one month. I am satisfied.
