C.R.P.(PD) No.1001 of 2021 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This Court vide order dated 04.08.2021 has directed the Learned IV Assistant, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.8861 of 2010 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The Learned IV Assistant has now sought for extension of time by letter dated 09.11.2022 to dispose of the case stating that he has assumed Charge as XXIII Additional Judge on 07.09.2022.

2. In view of the above request, this Court is inclined to grant further period of three months to dispose of the case.

3. Accordingly, three months time is granted to dispose of the above suit in O.S.No.8861 of 2010.
