ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 1882 TNF Act V Sec 21 (d) (h), Section 51, 1972, Sections 2(16), 35, 36, 37 and Sections 9, 39, Section 50, 1(c), Section 51(1) of TNWLP Act in Crime No.01 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein apprehends arrest by the respondent police for alleged poaching of Deer in the forest. From the arrested accused, unlicensed country gun and Deer skin has been seized and the confession statement of the accused implicates the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners are tribal and therefore they were wrongly implicated in this case.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
