This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.88 of 2025, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police T-4 Maduravoyal Police Station, Chennai, for the offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A) and 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Pschyotropic Substances Act, 1985, as

against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent police had completed the investigation in Crime No.88 of 2025 and a final report has also been filed on 08.02.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Poonthamalee.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
