ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that this petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the trial Court, in an order dated 14.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.19363 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9573 of 2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9573 of 2023 by an order dated 28.04.2023 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.Nos.7712, 12032 and 19363 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9573 of 2023 on various dates is relaxed.
