O R D E R

Mr.Vijay Mehanathan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself through Video Conferencing.

2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that pending final decree petition before the I Additional District Judge, Tiruppur in I.A.No.592 of 2017 in O.S.No.48 of 2013, the fourth respondent is attempting to create encumbrance over the suit property in S.F.No.73/1 in Podichinnampalayam Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District and obtain agricultural electricity service connection to the Well found therein, in his favour. In this connection, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.03.2020 to the respondents 1 to 3 and the same is pending without any consideration. Hence, he has preferred this writ petition seeking appropriate relief. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4.Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for herein, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading the copy of this order in the web site.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
