ORDER

This Petition is filed seeking police protection alleging that, the petitioner being a political leader faces an imminent threat to his life and limb .

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that surveillance is kept for the security of the petitioner and Beat Book was produced to show that the petitioner's premises has been frequently visited by the Patrol Police.

3. This Court, on perusing the records and action taken by the respondent police finds, there is no reason to interfere with it. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as no further order is required. 17.04.2024 Index:yes/no ari 2/4
