These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 455 days in filing the petitions to restore the writ petitions in W.P.Nos.8967/2004, 11048/2004, 8980/2004, 12373/2004 and 11049/2004 respectively.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the delay of 455 days in filing the petitions to restore the writ petitions in W.P.Nos.8967/2004, 11048/2004, 8980/2004, 12373/2004 and 11049/2004 respectively is condoned, however, with costs of Rs.5,000/- each, to be deposited by the petitioner to the credit of TNSE Nos.9/2000, 8/2000, 10/2000, 7/2000
