The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 15.04.2014, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has sent the complaint by post. On a reading of the complaint dated 15.04.2014, it is alleged by the petitioner that the opposite party had sold the petitioner's property to four persons illegally.

4. The complaint does not even disclose the date of sale. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent-Police to register an FIR, on the complaint dated 15.04.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
